Cleanses at Work

	Can I use the Bowel Cleanse while I am working or do I have to take vacation?
	Yes, you can use the Bowel Cleanse while you continue with your normal activities. If you prefer to set some time aside for your cleansing, that is fine. This is a gentle cleanse and it will not cause what I call ‘turbo bowel.’ You won’t find yourself dashing to the bathroom. Your bowel will function the way it is meant to. I suggest maintaining a healthy lifestyle and do a bowel cleanse once a season.

	Can I do my cleanses while I travel?
	It depends on the cleanse and your scheduled activities. Most cleanses can be easily added to your daily routines. If you are traveling on vacation, I suggest waiting until you return home to do your cleanse. If you travel for a living, then you must set some time aside to maintain a cleanse. It works best if you schedule your cleansing steps with some other established routine like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Check your cleanse instruction sheet for directions.
