We do not store payment information for your protection.
For orders placed directly with our Customer Service Team or After Hours Call Center, your credit card data may be available from the moment of collection to the moment of authorization. All hard copy orders that have been printed, processed, and shipped are further filed in a secure and protected environment, and then they are shredded after a predetermined time.

We offer quality herbal products made with ingredients from qualified growers who test plant ingredients to be within the FDA's tolerable intake of more than 800 chemicals (many which are naturally occurring). The plant ingredients we buy are from growers that observe certified organic growing standards and Tilth standards. This means crop rotations to allow for mineral-rich soil for crops to grow in and no use of fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. There have been instances when some herbs are in short supply and wild-crafted is the only option. We may buy wild-crafted herbs from a trusted source. We prefer to use herbs that are indigenous to the United States or are grown and harvested in the United States however, in the event of herb shortages, it may be required to use well tested herbs from an International location that are properly tested.
