When to Cleanse

People often ask when they should do the organ cleanses. I have some basic guidelines that I follow:

1. Cleanse when you have time to focus on the cleanse and do it correctly. In other words, don't attempt to cleanse on the family vacation or during major holidays. You can cleanse and carry out your normal work routine if you plan for it. For example, when doing the Bowel Cleanse take a thermos of juice and several doses of the Bowel B detox formula in a zip lock bag and mix it right before you drink it. Don't premix it ahead in the juice or it gets clumpy. Try to follow the recommended times when to drink the cleanse however, if you are in the middle of something at work just complete the task and then do the cleanse.

2. How often can you do the organ cleanses? You can cleanse the major organs (Bowel, urinary, kidney, bladder, prostate, liver, gall bladder and blood) as often as every three months. However, most people cleanse twice annually. See the "Cleansing Steps" section to see how to cleanse in the proper order.

3. If time is on your side you can take a 2 to 4 week break in between each of the organ cleanses to allow the body to purge the toxins before jumping into the next cleanse. If I had a life-threatening situation I would do the cleanses one right after another with no break..

4. Use common sense and if necessary seek advice from a licensed medical physician before using any product or therapy.
